About Verde Medical Center

Verde Medical Center is part of the 23-acre mixed-use development, Verde at Cooley Station, in South Gilbert comprised of retail, restaurants, residential and office/medical. The project is part of the Town of Gilbert’s “City of the Future” strategic initiative – designed to maintain community health in the coming decades by focusing on the long-term impacts of decisions being made today. The development will serve the booming area of Cooley Station which currently has over 3,000 housing units planned within one mile of the property. This three-story, state of the art, Class A Medical Office project will provide opportunities for a wide variety of medical specialties with direct frontage/visibility on Williams Field Road, a highly trafficked road in South Gilbert.
