Mr. Yetman has over 32 years of real estate experience including finance, development and leasing/sales. After a 17-year career as a commercial real estate lender with several institutions including NCNB (now US Bank), Chase and Amerifirst, specializing in land acquisition and development loans, he joined DASCO Companies (the predecessor to Sina Companies). After joining DASCO as a development executive, Mr. Yetman was ultimately promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer. As the COO, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s development activities and operations, and was instrumental in creating many of the policies and procedures that enabled DASCO to grow into one of the largest and most respected companies in the industry. During his tenure, the company developed over 3 million square feet and acquired another 1.25 million square feet of healthcare real estate. After leaving DASCO and prior to joining Sina Companies, Mr. Yetman started and ran a family business while staying active in real estate as a licensed Realtor® in the State of Florida.
