Tom Koulouris
Construction Manager
Mr. Koulouris has over 29 years of real estate experience, mostly on the construction management side. His background includes over 7 years as Construction Manager for HCA (one of the largest hospital operators in the country), a 6-month stint in Haiti to assist the rebuilding after the Great Haiti Earthquake of 2010 (setting up the largest trauma filed surgical hospital in Haiti), , a 2+ year engagement with PWC as National Healthcare Director for Strategy, Growth and Capital Projects, and a ~7 year employment with AECOM as Assistant Vice President of their National Healthcare Practice. Most recently, Mr. Koulouris has created and run his own Advisory Services group for 13+ years and spent the last 8+ years teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami teaching construction management, development and construction legal classes.
Mr. Koulouris graduated from the University of Florida with a BCN in Building Construction and received his MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Miami.
