Mrs. Adams has over 15 years of accounting and auditing experience. She began her career as an Auditor for a CPA firm in Bethesda, Maryland, primarily focusing on compliance audit work for national pension labor union funds. Upon re-locating to South Florida, Mrs. Adams pursued her Master’s degree while working with various local businesses on their accounting operations and other reporting requirements when appropriate. She has extensive experience in a variety of industries including technology, real estate, law and security management systems for education and healthcare facilities.

Mrs. Adams obtained her Master’s degree in Accounting & Financial Management from University of Maryland, University College. She also is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Criminal Justice.

Tom Koulouris

Mr. Koulouris has over 29 years of real estate experience, mostly on the construction management side. His background includes over 7 years as Construction Manager for HCA (one of the largest hospital operators in the country), a 6-month stint in Haiti to assist the rebuilding after the Great Haiti Earthquake of 2010 (setting up the largest trauma filed surgical hospital in Haiti), , a 2+ year engagement with PWC as National Healthcare Director for Strategy, Growth and Capital Projects, and a ~7 year employment with AECOM as Assistant Vice President of their National Healthcare Practice. Most recently, Mr. Koulouris has created and run his own Advisory Services group for 13+ years and spent the last 8+ years teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami teaching construction management, development and construction legal classes.

Mr. Koulouris graduated from the University of Florida with a BCN in Building Construction and received his MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Miami.

Bryan Sina

Through his time at DASCO Companies and Sina Companies, Mr. Sina has been in the healthcare real estate industry for over 11 years. He has primarily been focused on leasing, tenant development and property management. During his tenure he has been responsible for the marketing and leasing of over 200,000 square feet of new and existing medical office buildings across the country. Additionally, Mr. Sina is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida.

Mr. Sina is a graduate of University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Wayne Yetman

Mr. Yetman has over 32 years of real estate experience including finance, development and leasing/sales. After a 17-year career as a commercial real estate lender with several institutions including NCNB (now US Bank), Chase and Amerifirst, specializing in land acquisition and development loans, he joined DASCO Companies (the predecessor to Sina Companies). After joining DASCO as a development executive, Mr. Yetman was ultimately promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer. As the COO, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s development activities and operations, and was instrumental in creating many of the policies and procedures that enabled DASCO to grow into one of the largest and most respected companies in the industry. During his tenure, the company developed over 3 million square feet and acquired another 1.25 million square feet of healthcare real estate. After leaving DASCO and prior to joining Sina Companies, Mr. Yetman started and ran a family business while staying active in real estate as a licensed Realtor® in the State of Florida.

Mr. Yetman graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Robert Sina

Mr. Sina has been in healthcare real estate development for over sixteen years, focusing primarily on the financial underwriting and associated financing of both acquisition and development projects. While working for DASCO Companies (the predecessor to Sina Companies) and later Lend Lease Healthcare Development, he has coordinated the underwriting, financing and closing of more than 1.5 million square feet of acquisitions and 2.0 million square feet of development projects representing over $1 billion in value. He also sources projects through his industry relationships and is the initial point of contact for all opportunities – determining potential profitability and feasibility.

Mr. Sina is actively involved in all opportunities from inception through closing, including transaction structuring and negotiation. Mr. Sina graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, focusing in Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance.

Malcolm Sina

Mr. Sina has been actively involved in real estate development for over 39 years, including President and CEO of DASCO Companies (one of the leading healthcare developers in the country) and Executive Vice President and Partner with Fifield Companies, Ltd (a full-service real estate development company in Chicago). During that time Mr. Sina developed and acquired approximately 10 million square feet of properties, representing $2.7 billion in value. As Executive Chairman, he is involved in all areas of the process including development, construction, transaction structuring, finance, operations, marketing and leasing, and asset and property management.

As President and CEO of DASCO, he developed the overall strategic direction of the company until the company was sold to Lend Lease in 2011 – an international real estate company listed on the Australian stock exchange with over 17,000 employees worldwide. He remained on as President until early 2013 when he started Sina Companies.

Prior to joining and leading DASCO, Mr. Sina was with Aetna Life Insurance Company where he was Managing Director of Real Estate Investments and directly accountable for a $5 billion loan portfolio and a network of 18 correspondent offices. Prior to Aetna, from 1983 to 1991, was his time with Fifield Companies, Ltd. He solicited, negotiated and closed over $1.2 billion of transactions and was partner-in-charge of and accountable for all aspects of developments/acquisitions including initial feasibility, design, construction, leasing and management of 4.5 million square feet of office, retail, and hotel projects. From 1979 to 1983 Mr. Sina was a Commercial Banking Officer with The First National Bank of Chicago (now JPMorgan Chase) where he was responsible for real estate loan underwriting and asset management of a portfolio of more than 20 projects exceeding $150 million.

Mr. Sina graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in finance and real estate. He is on the editorial advisory board of Healthcare Real Estate Insights™ (the primary trade journal for the healthcare real estate industry), is an advisory board member of Place of Hope (a faith-based child and state-licensed welfare group providing a variety of services to kids and families in need, including maternity care, safety for victims of sex trafficking and transitional housing) and a board member of Banner Apartments (a development/acquisition firm specializing in apartments and self-storage across the country).
