Senior Vice President. Mr. Cupp has been in the real estate development and construction management business for over 32 years, including 22 years dedicated to the healthcare industry. His healthcare development experience includes medical office buildings, outpatient facilities, radiation oncology centers, outpatient ER’s, surgery centers, imaging facilities and hospital expansions in addition to general commercial and mixed-use development. His responsibilities have included all phases of development, construction management, entitlement services, site plan approval process, site work infrastructure management, construction administration, purchasing and procurement of materials. He also works along with the design and engineering teams to oversee those aspects of development.
While working for DASCO Companies, and later Lend Lease Healthcare Development, he was responsible for managing the development of projects totaling over 500,000 square feet of shell and interior tenant build-outs.
Mr. Cupp received a BA in Business and Economics from Eastern University in St. David’s, PA.
