Cooper wanted to target a demographic area convenient for their patients and the best and most economical option was converting this existing facility to a branded medical campus. The diverse array of medical services provided further enhanced the effectiveness of this facility.

Memorial Hermann Cy-Fair Plaza

Executives at Sina Companies were selected by Memorial Hermann to assist them in the planning of a 25-acre property in northwest Houston to reach on underserved, growing segment of the population. Our executives provided planning assistance for the campus and developed the first facility on the site – a two-story facility to accommodate the hospital outpatient/ancillary services with two, one-story drive-up wings for the physician offices.

HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital

Memorial Hermann Pearland Plaza

This was the sister project to the Cy-Fair project with Memorial Hermann. Similar to Cy-Fair, this was a large land acquisition in a growing area of Houston where Memorial Hermann wanted to plant a flag and begin to capture the growing patient base. Executives of Sina Companies provided planning assistance for the campus and developed the first facility on the site – a two-story facility to accommodate the hospital outpatient/ancillary services with two, one-story drive-up wings for the physician offices.

NASA Parkway Medical Office Building

We were selected by CHRISTUS to develop this two-story, 49,700 square foot medical office building on the campus of CHRISTUS St. John Hospital to meet the growing healthcare needs of the Clear Lake & Nassau Bay communities. The facility is home to the hospital’s new Ambulatory Surgery Center and a Sports Medicine Center. Executives at Sina Companies were responsible for all aspects of the process, including design and construction management, financing, marketing and leasing.

St. Joseph Medical Office Building

Executives of Sina Companies were selected by Catholic Health Initiatives and St. Joseph Medical Center to design and develop a new office building on their campus which would not only house a cancer treatment center with a healing garden, but also provide a facelift for the campus as a whole. Catering to the needs of the cancer patients was paramount during the design, which focused around a glass façade and the healing garden. Adjacent to the main entry of the hospital, this glass design provided a fresh new look to all patients entering the hospital – especially those being treated in the cancer center.

Morristown Memorial Ambulatory Center

Executives of Sina Companies were selected by Atlantic Health System to partner with Morristown Memorial Hospital in selecting a site in a rapidly growing area to further serve their patient base. In order to be cost-effective, an existing commercial office building was chosen to be redeveloped and increase speed to market. This facility provides comprehensive outpatient care with a wide variety of healthcare services.

Santa Rosa Medical Office Building

Executives at Sina Companies had completed the plans (building design, site selection, project structure, etc.) for a new facility on the hospital campus, when there was a change in hospital owner/operator. We were able to completely remodel the plans to satisfy the preferences of the new ownership displaying our ability to be flexible & listen to our clients’ changing needs. The off-balance-sheet transaction allowed the hospital to maintain control over services and tenants via a long-term ground lease. The 39,000 square foot medical office building houses physician practices which include neurosurgery, orthopedics, internal medicine, endocrinology and vascular surgery.

Central Mississippi Medical Center I and II

Executives of Sina Companies were selected by HMA to develop a medical office building on the campus of Central Mississippi Medical Center. The project was structured to accomplish three objectives for the hospital: 1)off-balance-sheet treatment, 2)maintaining control, and 3)future expansion. Our executives designed the first phase with a lobby that would accommodate both phases (saving on design/construction cost and creating efficiencies) and executed ground and space leases that provided off-balance-sheet treatment while maintaining control over tenancy.

The BirthPlace at Southwest General

IASIS approached our executives about purchasing this facility from a third party (the hospital was currently leasing it) so that our executives could renovate and expand it to accommodate increasing demand. The executives of Sina Companies assumed the purchase contract and quickly renovated and expanded it – achieving the desired results for IASIS and Southwest General Hospital.
