<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Verde Medical Center is part of the 23-acre mixed-use development, Verde at Cooley Station, in South Gilbert comprised of retail, restaurants, residential and office/medical. The project is part of the Town of Gilbert’s “City of the Future” strategic initiative – designed to maintain community health in the coming decades by focusing on the long-term impacts of decisions being made today. The development will serve the booming area of Cooley Station which currently has over 3,000 housing units planned within one mile of the property. This three-story, state of the art, Class A Medical Office project will provide opportunities for a wide variety of medical specialties with direct frontage/visibility on Williams Field Road, a highly trafficked road in South Gilbert. Verde Medical Center’s location around all the residential expansion coincides with the healthcare trend of services moving away from the hospital and into the bedroom communities to better, and more conveniently, serve the patient base.</p>

Located on a 30-acre campus off Racetrack Road, in the bedroom community of Ocean Pines, this outpatient medical facility will provide residents with a one-stop location for servicing all of their outpatient needs. The area has strong demographics which support the need for such an outpatient facility as the market is currently underserved – causing people to head out of the city for outpatient services. This will be the only Class A outpatient medical facility in the marketplace and create a new identity for Atlantic General as they expand to serve their community.</p>
