Executives of Sina Companies were selected to develop the first phase in conjunction with the opening of the Parker Adventist Hospital. The medical office building is attached to the hospital and even shares the main entry, additionally connecting on the three upper floors. As the hospital grew in the rapidly expanding market, the need for a second phase was identified and our executives developed that as well. This second phase complemented both the hospital and the first phase and was connected to both via a climate-controlled skywalk.

Bon Secours DePaul Medical Plaza

Executives at Sina Companies were selected by Bon Secours to develop a new medical office building that would re-energize an aging campus, attracting physicians with a great location and market competitive rates. Executives at Sina Companies developed this four-story, 104,000 square foot medical office building right next to the Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk, Virginia. Executives at Sina Companies financed the project’s costs and provided wide-ranging development services including design and construction management, financing, marketing and leasing.

Methodist North at Allen Road

Executives at Sina Companies were selected by Methodist Medical Center as their partner to achieve their growth strategy in an underserved area. The first step was developing this cornerstone facility on a greenfield site which won awards for design and patient care – in particular the pediatrics suite which included hands-on, musical, and interactive play areas for the children. The three-story facility planted a flag for MMCI, expanding their brand and their patient base.

St. Francis Millennium

St. Francis selected executives at Sina Companies to develop the first facility on their 64-acre campus on the Millennium development (a commercial and medical business park). This four-story facility was the first flag for St. Francis to put on the campus and a statement to their continued expansion. Speed was of the essence and our executives were able to deliver and make sure St. Francis was established in this new location to continue to lead Greenville in the delivery of healthcare services.
