Sina Companies was selected by two local Las Vegas physicians to develop their newest Kiddie Academy franchise. The physicians already owned a successful location in Henderson, south of Las Vegas, and Sina’s Centennial Hills Campus was the preferred location to open their second location. There was an unmet need in the northwest Las Vegas marketplace for a high quality, Educational Child Care facility – and Sina’s Centennial Hills campus was a perfect spot in the growing area of the city and a built-in consumer base on-site with the current tenant base. Sina worked with the physicians, Kiddie Academy and their preferred architect to design the facility to meet their specific needs, based upon what they learned from their Henderson facility.
